This years Shark River Underwater Clean up was a HUGE success with over 60 participants. This year we picked up close to 200 pounds of debris including a bicycle, chairs, traffic cones, and fishing line and bottles.
A special thanks goes out to the Belmar Mayor and Council and the Municipal Marina Staff, also MATES of Ocean County, Jekinson Aquarium, Clean Ocean Action, Adventure Aquarium, and ALL the divers and non that helped to make the day a great success.
Also a special thanks to the D2 Staff for making it a great event!!

Thank you guys very much. It hurts me personally very much every time I see trash in the ocean or on the beach. I hate people for it, and hate that I cant personally clean it all up.
